Ingredients

organic sprouted oats
(I use One Degree Organics)

cup
pumpkin seeds
1
cup
coconut flakes
(unsweetened)
1/4
cup
hemp seeds
3/4
cup
maple syrup
1/4
cup
coconut oil
1
tbsp
vanilla extract
2
tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
nutmeg
1
cup
raisins or chopped dates
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
In a large glass bowl, mix oats, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds. Set aside
In a saucepan, melt together the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Pour the liquid mixture into glass bowl with dry ingredients
Stir together and pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 35 minutes, stir 2-3 times. Once golden in color, press down with a flat spatula and cool for at least 30 minutes before breaking apart
Mix in raisins
