140g sourdough starter
Instructions
Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 40-50 minutes until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Best topped with homemade whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!
